better training means better outcomes.

Driven by the belief:

LITLab was founded with the experience to execute, and is backed by an advisory board of accomplished healthcare and MedTech leaders.

Lindsay brings 15+ years of MedTech commercial experience - including eight years at Intuitive Surgical embedded alongside OR teams. She has a Healthcare MBA from the University of St. Thomas, where she graduated with highest honors and won first place in the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship's Business Plan Competition with the concept that became LITLab.

She has lived the adoption bottleneck from the inside: the overcrowded training calendars, the inadequate spaces, the fragmented team learning. LITLab is the infrastructure she spent her career wishing existed.

  • Trained and supported 35+ surgeons across seven specialties at Intuitive Surgical

  • Contributed to placement of 12 incremental da Vinci systems

  • Launched five greenfield hospitals and drove 20% year-over-year robotic procedure growth

  • Supported the Midwest's first SRC-certified Robotic Center of Excellence at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN
